曾使用过游戏加速器，锁屏界面的windows聚焦不更新了，尝试了贴子https://learn.microsoft.com/zh-cn/answers/questions/5532042/win11-windows 里的步骤，
其中“3. 检查网络权限 允许后台下载：
设置→ 隐私和安全性→ 后台应用→ 开启 “允许应用在后台运行”。”
这个步骤找不到对应的选项，隐私和安全性里没有后台应用这个选项；
然后在运行“2. 重置 Windows 聚焦配置
通过 PowerShell 重置：
以管理员身份运行 PowerShell（右键开始菜单 → “终端(管理员)”）。
Get-AppxPackage -Name ContentDeliveryManager | Remove-AppxPackage -AllUsers
Get-AppxPackage -Name ContentDeliveryManager | Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppxManifest.xml" 时，
这两条代码无法运行。
除重置系统外的其他方法均已尝试过，都不成功。
请问应该怎么操作呢？
